Many of you may not know this about me, but my second largest passion in life is running! I’ve been an avid runner since I was six years old and while most people hate cardio, I thrive on it! For this reason, I decided to partner with Misfit to share their chic + innovative activity tracker with you!
I love my Misfit Ray for three extremely poignant reasons. First off, it tracks my activity in a crazy unique way. When you set up your Misfit on their app, it asks you to select a point scale which is basically the goal amount of activity you would like to achieve each day. Based off this, the app it shows how many miles you’ve done in a day, the calories burned, steps taken, and remaining activity (ex. run for thirty minutes) to complete in order to achieve your point goal. I like that this is a rewards system because it creates the incentive to actually get done what you set out to!
The second reason is that tracks my sleep automatically. Over the course of the night your Misfit monitors how many hours you were awake, sleeping light, or sleeping restfully. Uhm- hello?! SO COOL. This has been so beneficial to me because I often have trouble sleeping (my mind never seems to shut off, anyone else?) and this has helped me really work on that because I’ve seen the good/bad results from my sleep patterns.
Last but not least, another dope feature is that you can set up your Misfit to notify you when you receive texts or calls. Major shoutout to this feature because whenever I have to silence my phone (yeah college lectures, I’m referring to you) or have it stuffed in my pocket or purse, I can feel my Misfit vibrate to tell me to check my phone. Obsessed.
While this is a sponsored post, know that I never accept anything I don’t 10594% believe in, annnnnnnnd I’ve tried out my Misfit for over two months now and have been super impressed on it! The rave is real guys. I really do love it.
With all that being said, you can use the code KAHLEA15 to get 15% off your own! Whoop whoop! Trust me, you want one. So go check out all their options + the fun shoot I did with them below!
